My sister is a physical therapist and gave me exercises and advice on how to sit/sleep to keep my back under control. And carrying a toddler around doesn't help either. It helped a lot though, and I don't know what I would do without her. Hope your back feels better!

Have you gone to a chiropractor? A lot of my pregnant friends swear by it.

KayTar made me equally miserable. When she came out (all teeny and cute) the first thing I said was "Is there another one in there?!" because I thought surely that tiny little girl couldn't have been making me so uncomfortable! BubTar was 8 lbs 3 oz and she was only 6 lbs 12 oz, but she made me infinitely more miserable.
